Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve patient billing issues, negotiate payments, and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
- Conduct thorough denial management activities to identify and appeal denied claims, reducing write-offs and improving cash flow.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim discrepancies, address customer complaints, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data to identify trends in accounts receivable aging, denial rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize revenue cycle processes.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management in the US healthcare industry.
- Solid knowledge of AR calling procedures, denial management best practices, and US healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
