Job Overview

PRMAI is looking for a skilled React Developer with 35 years of hands-on experience to join our product engineering team. You will build and scale the front-end of our AI-driven procurement platform — translating complex procurement workflows into fast, intuitive, and reliable user experiences. This role requires strong command of React and modern front-end architecture, along with good working exposure to SQL for data-driven feature development and debugging. You will work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to ship features that directly impact how enterprises manage procurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and up-to-date JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, reusable, and well-tested components.
- Build and integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs, ensuring smooth data flow between front-end and backend systems.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support data validation, debugging, and feature development in collaboration with the backend team.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to convert procurement business workflows into scalable front-end solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
- Participate in code reviews, uphold coding standards, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt proactively.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help evolve the front-end tech stack as the product scales.




- Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and recommend improvements to tooling and processes.

Key Skills

- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or similar).
- Good exposure to SQL — writing queries, joins, and basic data analysis/debugging.
- Familiarity with RESTful API integration; exposure to GraphQL is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Git and modern development workflows (CI/CD, code reviews).
- Understanding of front-end performance optimization and browser rendering behavior.
- Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and product quality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in front-end development, with React as a primary technology.
- Prior experience in SaaS, B2B enterprise products, or procurement/supply chain domains is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end, from design discussion to production deployment.
