We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler with 8+ years of expertise in designing and implementing enterprise data models for modern data platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake), and normalized (3NF) database design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models based on business requirements.
- Develop enterprise canonical data models to standardize data across multiple source systems.
- Create dimensional models (Star/Snowflake) and normalized (3NF) schemas for analytical and operational workloads.
- Define data modeling standards, naming conventions, key strategies, and governance best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and data engineers to define business rules, source-to-target mappings, and data lineage.
- Optimize physical data models for cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, or Azure Synapse.
- Utilize data modeling tools like Erwin, ER/Studio, SqlDBM, or dbt for model management and version control.
- Support Master Data Management (MDM), data quality initiatives, metadata management, and enterprise data governance.
