Role & responsibilities

- The position has the responsibility to handle Facility Management for IT complex or Commercial IT Buildings.
- Monitoring, designing & establishment of process for the division.
- Responsible for all Facility Management related activities such as upkeep and maintenance of all buildings and infrastructure.
- Responsible for Annual Budget Vs Actual analysis. Preparation of Annual CAM Budget
- Ensure timely Cam and Rent collection.
- Vendor Management and AMC negotiations. Responsible for the purchase and contracts.
- Liaison with local and Government bodies.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Maintenance of Fire Fighting systems, DG Sets, HVAC, Pumps and electrical systems like cables & transformers.

Preferred candidate profile

- Should have handled FM Operations for large IT Parks / Commercial Complex consisting of multiple buildings.
- Should posses valuable leadership with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact across all levels of management hierarchy.
- The position requires high degree of motivation, initiative and drive with hands on operations knowledge.
