USI Audit & Assurance -RADC-PSC Analyst
We understand our clients' operations, their industry and the issues they face. We understand an audit is not about looking back, but about helping those businesses to plan for a successful future. Together with our team you will build on our distinctive combination of specialist skills, pioneering technology, industry expertise and on-going investment to grow our business and continue to improve the market-defining services we offer.
Our Practice offers a wide range and challenging number of business areas in which to develop your career. These comprise business assurance within our Corporate Groups, Public Sector and Financial Services Audit groups, and advisory specialisms including Treasury Advisory, Risk Analytics and Technology Consulting.
As one of the largest audit practices, joining us will mean working with some of the leading practitioners in the industry, for some of the leading organizations in the world and towards a career goal that is entirely yours to shape.
Work you’ll do
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in an international organization as part of the Project Support Centre (PSC) within the Regional Audit Delivery Centre. The PSC supports Audit & Assurance engagement teams by delivering administrative and project coordination activities as part of the wider Audit Transformation Programme.
The role involves supporting engagement team’s client onboarding procedures and managing client coordination. It also includes Invoice co-ordination, engagement budget review tracking, preparing tailor made reports based on engagement team’s requirements, drafting engagement letters, organizing meetings, drafting agendas, and taking minutes to support engagement teams and any other ad hoc tasks required by the engagement team.
The Team
The Project Support Associates (PSAs) work closely with engagement teams to provide administrative and project coordination support across audit engagements. As a Project Support Associate,
you will build strong working relationships with audit teams and develop an understanding of engagement status, enabling you to anticipate team requirements and provide timely, effective support.
The PSC is designed to support engagement teams across the audit engagement lifecycle through performing standard audit administrative tasks and providing a range of services to reduce the levels of administrative and project coordination work placed on practitioners. The PSC supports more efficient and cost-effective working practices, whilst improving quality standards by freeing up engagement teams’ time to focus on client relationships and risk areas. The activity undertaken by a PSA will evolve as they become embedded into the audit life cycle and as product aligned ways of working are launched and implemented.
