- Minimum 2+ years of end-to-end BPO transition management experience.
- Must have Experience in handling due diligence, solutioning, process mapping, knowledge transfer, ramp-up, capacity planning, SLA setup, and governance.
- Internal and external robust stakeholder engagement along with ability to manage multiple transitions in parallel.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting is essential.
- Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies and exposure to US P&C; insurance projects will be an added advantage.
