Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 6+ years of Workday implementation and program management experience.
- Solid expertise in Workday HCM and related modules.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP, Scrum, or Workday Certification is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile and global delivery environments.
