Requirements

- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development with strong proficiency in Java, J2EE.
- Extensive experience with Spring Framework, especially Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with JPA/Hibernate and SQL, with knowledge of query execution plans and optimization techniques.
- Experience with microservices and monolithic architecture, and strong skills in API performance tuning.
- Good exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency with Git or other version control systems and strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Solid foundation in Java multithreading, concurrency, and synchronization mechanisms.
