Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls for US Telecom customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.




- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Inbound Voice Process (B2C domain mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level / SHL Score: 58 or above).
- Basic computer knowledge with familiarity in MS Office and internet applications.
- Willingness to work in permanent night shifts.
- Comfortable working a 5-day week with split weekly offs.
