• Communicate with patients to coordinate home sample collection. • Visit patients' homes to collect samples according to scheduled appointments.
• Collect samples and perform rapid testing when required.
• Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic techniques and SOPs.
• Accurately identify patients and verify identity documents.
• Perform venipuncture or finger-stick procedures.
• Use correct testing equipment to analyze samples.
• Label vials accurately and match specimens with patient records. • Prepare and package specimens for safe transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of patient data and test results.
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Ensure proper tagging and documentation.
• Follow biohazard safety and biomedical waste management protocols.
What We're Looking For Experience:
1 to 10 years in phlebotomy or related functions. Skills: Blood collection and sample handling, understanding of diagnostic protocols, knowledge of biomedical waste management, empathy, professionalism, basic computer operations, and valuable communication skills.
Education: DMLT / BMLT.
Other Requirements: Two-wheeler, valid DL/LL, willingness to travel, customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach.
