Summary:
A Supply Chain Management (SCM) Transactional Procurement Workflow Specialist drives the daily execution of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle. They process purchase requisitions, generate and expedite Purchase Orders (POs), manage vendor master data, and resolve process exceptions within ERP platforms like SAP.

Key Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
- Validate purchase requisitions received from stakeholders and convert approved requests into Purchase Orders (POs).
- Run standard reports using reporting tools to support procurement operations and tracking activities.
- Resolve queries and issues raised by requesters,
suppliers, and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Follow up with approvers to ensure timely approval of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Manage PO confirmations and coordinate PO expediting activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate daily with buyers, requesters, and suppliers through email and phone interactions.
- Verify approvals and checklist compliance before dispatching Purchase Orders to suppliers.
- Process PO amendments and changes after obtaining necessary stakeholder approvals and notifications.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve process exceptions and operational issues.
- Prepare reports and escalate issues as per the defined escalation matrix when required.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and Turnaround Time (TAT) in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
