- Operate and assist in running production machines as per standard operating procedures.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns to the supervisor.
- Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance activities.
- Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in loading/unloading materials and maintain production records as required.
Preferred candidate profile
- ITI (Fitter) qualification from a recognized institute.
- Basic knowledge of machine operations, fitting, and maintenance activities.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and quality standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a production setting.
