What You'll Own:

Plant Operations Command Drive Manufacturing (Production & Packing), Engineering, Warehouse, QC, QA, EHS, and HR & Admin functions under one strategic roof.

Safety & Compliance First Champion EHS policies, GMP implementation, and regulatory adherence across the site.

Strategic Execution – Translate manufacturing strategy into action — exceeding expectations on quality, cost & delivery.

Continuous Improvement Culture – Lead Lean initiatives, cost productivity programs, and reliability-driven maintenance strategies.

Capital & Budget Ownership – Own annual manufacturing budgets, CAPEX proposals, and cost optimization projects end-to-end.

Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving – Identify business risks early, act decisively, and convert challenges into opportunities.





Quality-Driven Manufacturing – Ensure products are made & stored per strict documentation and quality standards — every single time.

People Leadership – Build, mentor & retain top talent. Drive engagement, rewards & recognition across the plant.

New Product Introductions – Steer seamless NPI execution with cross-functional project teams.

Direct Reporting to MD – Be the voice of plant operations at the highest table.

What We're Looking For:

B. Pharmacy with 20+ years of hands-on experience in Sterile/Injectable/Oncology formulation manufacturing
Proven track record leading large-scale plant operations
Strong exposure to regulatory audits (USFDA/MHRA/WHO-GMP etc.)
Sharp business acumen with P&L; and budget ownership experience
A natural leader who inspires teams and drives accountability
