Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Project Accounting Consultant with 12+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP implementations and support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Project Accounting modules, business processes, configuration, and stakeholder management.

Required Skills

- 12+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Project Accounting.
- Strong experience with Oracle Project Accounting modules:
- Project Costing (PJC)
- Project Billing
- Project Contracts
- Project Foundation

- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Financial Management.
- Hands-on experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Solid understanding of project costing, revenue recognition, billing, budgeting, and project accounting lifecycle.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, solution design, configuration, CRPs/UAT, deployment, and production support.
- Knowledge of integrations with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Procurement, and Fixed Assets.




- Experience with FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting is preferred.
- Strong functional documentation skills (BR100, MD050, Functional Design Documents).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Project Accounting implementations and support activities.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Project Financial Management modules.
- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations.
- Support UAT, SIT, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Financial Management Certification is preferred.
- Experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Exposure to Agile project methodologies is an added advantage.
