Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate trackers, and ensure timely closures.
- Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time (TAT).

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 26 years of experience in IT Recruitment, including Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
- Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, Testing, and Embedded.




- Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Experience working with domestic IT clients is preferred.
