What you will do:

- You'll review and prepare NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, investor notices, journal entries, and other private equity fund accounting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- You'll oversee, review, and provide feedback to Accountants and Junior Accountants, ensuring all client deliverables meet quality standards, service-level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements.
- You'll serve as a key point of contact for clients, investors, and internal stakeholders by managing inquiries, resolving issues, escalating concerns when necessary, and maintaining robust professional relationships.
- You'll plan, allocate, and monitor team workloads, manage workflow processes, support fund onboarding and accounting system conversions, and ensure the efficient execution of operational activities.
- You'll ensure compliance with internal policies, controls,



and SSAE requirements, mitigate operational risks, drive process improvements, and support team development through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
