Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve patient billing issues, denials, and payment posting.
- Identify and address root causes of denials through thorough analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of AR calls and minimize write-offs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable caller processes, including denial management and appeals.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, insurance companies, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
