- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using React, Node and React Native.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to align technology with business goals.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices across the team.
- Take ownership of architecture decisions, tech debt, and performance improvements.
- Stay current with development trends and suggest improvements as needed.
- Define and enforce CI/CD pipelines and release strategies for apps.
- Manage sprint planning, retrospectives, and project tracking through tools like Jira, or Azure DevOps.

- 6+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience in building and publishing mobile apps on iOS and Android.
- Solid understanding of application architecture,



performance, and deployment strategies.
- Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, REST APIs, and third-party libraries.
- Experience integrating modules in applications.
- Experience with app debugging tools, profiling, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience managing a development team is highly preferred.
- Experience with React, Node and native iOS/Android development (Swift/Java/Kotlin) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to tools like Firebase, AppCenter, or Sentry.
- Cloud services (AWS/Azure) integration experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive decision-making and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
