Key Responsibilities:

- Developing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform supporting BMS solutions
- Understanding / Influencing user stories, product architecture, release roadmap, development tools and processes
- Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications in a close-knit product focused team environment.
- Contributing to timelines and development goals.
- Unit Testing and coordinating with Testing resources.

Qualifications Experience:

- Experience developing, designing, and customizing Salesforce applications.

- Experience developing / designing custom solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience using Flosum or Copado for source control / release management.
- Experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems via API or other.
- Exposure to / experience with Cloud services from AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Understanding of web development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Knowledge of data migration and data management tools and techniques, such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as JIRA.




- Strong understanding of Salesforce security features and best practices, including role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
