Business Intelligence (BI) Manager / Lead Location: Remote (U.S. Business Hours) Key Responsibilities • Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end BI and data projects from requirements gathering to final delivery • Team Management: Lead and mentor of an offshore BI team; ensure alignment, quality, and timely execution • Data Integrity: Oversee data validation, quality checks, and governance to maintain reliable reporting • Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and performance reports • Pipeline Coordination: Collaborate with ETL and engineering teams to support and optimize data pipelines • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business teams to define KPIs, translate needs, and communicate updates • Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements and drive best practices across BI operations Required Qualifications • 8+ years in BI, analytics,



or data management roles • 3+ years in a leadership or managerial BI position • Solid project management experience in data/BI initiatives • Proven Tableau expertise (hands-on dashboard development and optimization) • High SQL proficiency (complex joins, transformations) • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, templates) • Solid understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data governance • Strong Business Requirements Documentation skills • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field • High English proficiency (reading, writing, communication) Preferred Qualifications • Tableau certifications • Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouse platforms • Background in financial or sales data analytics • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
