- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the organization's financial stability
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Monitor and manage the organization's budget, ensuring that expenses are within budgeted limits
- Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts and projections
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Manage the organization's financial risk by implementing appropriate risk management strategies
- Supervise the finance team and provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's goals
Preferred candidate profile
- Master's degree in Finance required
- CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent professional certification preferred
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance/controllership
- Robust communication skills
- B2B SaaS background preferred
