Job Title - ServiceNow SPM Developer

Requirements:

A ServiceNow SPM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions for large-scale enterprise clients. The role will be pivotal in driving portfolio transformation, financial governance, and value realization across IT and business investments.

Key Skills & Experience

Mandatory

- 10–15 years of IT experience with minimum 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
- Solid expertise in ServiceNow SPM (PPM) module implementation.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise transformations.
- Experience in client-facing roles within SI (System Integrator) environments.





Technical Expertise

- ServiceNow platform capabilities
- SPM / PPM module
- Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Include
- Integration expertise:
- REST/SOAP APIs, MID Serve

Experience with:

- Performance Analytics & executive dashboards.
- Financial planning and cost modeling frameworks.

Key Deliverables

- SPM Architecture Blueprint & Solution Design Documents.
- Portfolio Governance Framework (aligned to client strategy).
- Financial tracking models (budget vs actuals, forecast accuracy).
- Executive dashboards (KPI/OKR tracking).
- Integration architecture and data models.
