- Accountability for the entire process of lead management, sales and business development for the region (B2B Frontline Sales role)
- Identify and acquire recent projects and builders in designated territories, ensure complete data coverage with key parameter tracking, and drive client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to strengthen our position as a flagship brand for property services in the respective region
- Accountability of service delivery ensuring client retention and reference
- Providing the market intelligence, data analytics and insights for the marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives
- Accountability for achieving revenue and coverage targets in the designated areas
- Developing and maintaining database regular reporting & follow-ups
