Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Information Security Manager to lead Information Security, Compliance, Risk Management, and Security Operations for our FinTech/Payments business. The ideal candidate should have expertise in PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, security governance, audits, and cyber security operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Information Security, GRC, Compliance, and SecOps functions.
- Manage PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and regulatory compliance.
- Handle security audits with banks, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead SIEM/SOAR, incident response, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
- Drive Secure SDLC, cloud security,



VAPT, and vendor risk management.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to strengthen the organization's security posture.

Key Skills :

- 15+ years of Information Security/Cyber Security experience.
- Strong knowledge of PCI-DSS, ISO 27001/27701, NIST, and CIS.
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, Incident Response, VAPT, and Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Hands-on experience with GRC tools and security compliance.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- FinTech/Payments domain experience is highly preferred.
