Job Summary:

- We are seeking a visionary and experienced Snowflake Architect to lead the design and implementation of our enterprise data strategy on the Snowflake platform.
- In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining the architecture, roadmap, and best practices for our cloud data platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and delivers high business value.
- You will be a key leader, driving innovation and building a world-class data engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the strategic architecture and roadmap for our Snowflake platform.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions on Snowflake.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, governance, and best practices for data management and development.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data engineers and architects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into a robust technical architecture.
- Drive the adoption of modern data engineering practices, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data sharing.
- Evaluate current Snowflake features and technologies,



advising on adoption.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Snowflake.
- Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong experience with data integration tools and ETL/ELT processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SnowPro Advanced Architect certification.
- Experience with data governance and data mesh concepts.
- Experience with other data technologies like dbt, Airflow.
- Experience in a large-scale, multi-cloud environment.
