Roles & Responsibilities

- Establish relationships with potential large clients through regular interactions with key decision makers.
- Sales projection, Business plan cutting, Weekly, Monthly, quarterly & yearly review
- Responding to the sales inquiries from New & Existing customers.
- Efficiency tracking of all the investments and promotions at all the channels
- Documentation of channel claims (damages, trade schemes and visibility expenses) on a monthly basis for audit purposes.
- Settling distributor claims (within stipulated time frame).
- Evaluate the performance of the up-to-date trade channels.
- Responsible for getting the return processed and claims cleared for damaged/ expired goods.
- Maintaining sales and stock register
- Monitoring inventory control,



thereby ensuring ready availability of the stock as per the market demand and implement effective logistic strategies.
- Examine market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to find areas where modern trade channels can grow and innovate.

Personal Profile
Qualification

- Graduation must, MBA, preferred.

Experience

- 2+ years of experience in FMCG modern trade sales.
- Proven track record of onboarding modern trade channels.
- Experience in handling and resolving customer concerns.
- Experience in handling modern trade for 2 or more regions.

Age
26 30 years
