Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and visionary Snowflake Architect to lead the design and implementation of our cloud data platform.
- In this critical role, you will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions using Snowflake.
- You will define data models, manage data pipelines, and establish best practices for data governance and performance optimization.
- Your expertise will be essential for unlocking the full value of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Architect and design end-to-end data solutions on the Snowflake platform, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption.
- - Define and implement data models (star, snowflake) for data warehousing and analytics.
- - Optimize Snowflake performance, including workload management, query tuning, and cost optimization.
- - Establish and enforce data governance and security policies within the Snowflake environment.
- - Guide and mentor data engineers and data analysts on Snowflake best practices.
- - Integrate Snowflake with various data sources and business intelligence tools.
- - Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for the Snowflake platform.

Required Qualifications:





- - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- - 8+ years of experience in data architecture and data engineering, with 3+ years of experience as a Snowflake Architect.
- - Deep technical expertise in Snowflake, including its architecture, capabilities, and administration.
- - Strong experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration.
- - Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- - Experience with data governance and security.

Preferred Qualifications:

- - Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Architect certification.
- - Experience with other data tools (e.g., Databricks, Fivetran, dbt).
- - Experience in a specific industry (e.g., FinTech, Healthcare).
