Requirements:
3-8 years of proven US IT recruitment experience
Strong knowledge of US tax terms and work authorizations
Hands-on experience with ATS tools (JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar)
Skilled in sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, vendor networks, and referrals
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced recruitment cycles

Responsibilities:
Identify, source, and recruit qualified IT professionals across multiple technologies and domains
Manage the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing, screening, interviewing, rate negotiation, offer closure, and onboarding




Work extensively with US job boards (Dice, Monster, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and vendor networks to build a strong candidate pipeline
Utilize ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Ceipal, or equivalent to streamline recruitment processes
Apply advanced Boolean search techniques and keyword strategies to target both active and passive candidates
Ensure compliance with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization categories (GC, USC, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN)
Develop and maintain solid vendor networks to meet urgent/niche client requirements
