- 712+ years of hands-on development experience in Java and/or .NET enterprise applications
- 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience with proven application migration and modernization delivery
- Robust expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, JPA, REST APIs, Maven/Gradle) and/or .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework)
- Hands-on experience migrating and modernizing applications on AWS using the 6 R's framework
- Strong expertise with core AWS services: EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC
