Role :- Assistant Transition Manager

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5 to 8 Years (Min 1 yr On paper Designation As Transition Manager/Manager)

Qualification: Any Graduate
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only / (0-7 days NP acceptable)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end transition projects from planning to successful go-live.
- Develop transition plans, project timelines, governance models, and reporting dashboards.
- Manage client and internal stakeholder communication throughout the transition lifecycle.
- Drive Knowledge Transfer (KT), process readiness, risk mitigation, and operational stabilization.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, project milestones, and transition budgets.
- Lead governance meetings including WBRs, MBRs, and executive reviews.
- Ensure quality compliance, process improvements, and successful handover to operations.

Required Skills

- 58 years of experience in Transition Management, Service Transition,



or Project Management.
- Solid stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience with governance, RAID logs, KPI/SLA reporting, and risk management.
- Knowledge of Change Management, Process Improvement, and Hypercare.
- Exposure to Contact Center, BPO, BPM, Shared Services, or IT Services environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
