As a Finance Analyst, you will be a key Finance contact responsible for supporting the Commerce Marketing Finance Team with PL review, period forecast and close and ad hoc finance requests from 1NA leadership. This role works strategically with our cross-functional marketing partners to ensure smooth transition in payment and PO processes across 4 BUs and 2 JVS, as well as forecast submission and smartsheets tracking. This role focuses all key accounts and multiple BUs/JVs in a quick-paced, high-growth area for Pepsico.
Responsibilities
- Key Acct Forecast Reporting and Presenting
- Commerce Marketing close processes, presentation building and Global Group support
- Track individual BU payment processes, Ways of Working, marketer support
- Track committed vs Available budgets vs AOP and provide opportunities for budget shifts
- Own and map all deductions across key accounts
- Commerce Marketing PL running and mapping tracking entries and billing
- Designing tools and training marketing teams on financial management of business
Qualifications
- Education: Graduation / Post Graduation in Finance, CA/CMA preferred
- Proficient in English (90-100% in written and verbal skills)
- 1-2 years relevant finance experience
- Financial concept understanding and application
- Financial modeling and advance Excel skills
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources
- Ability to identify potential risks/opps and collaborate with Marketers and manager to assess impact
- Work on cross-functional teams
- Time management, organization, accountability, and prioritization (with assistance)
