Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead CMDB Data Quality Control, CMDB Design Optimization, and CMDB Governance Standards initiatives. This role will ensure the integrity, scalability, and compliance of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow, driving operational excellence and ITSM maturity.

Key Responsibilities

- CMDB Data Quality Control Establish and enforce data quality rules, validation processes, and reconciliation mechanisms.

- CMDB Design Optimization Architect and optimize CMDB structures for scalability, performance, and alignment with ITIL/ITSM best practices.

- CMDB Governance Standards Define governance frameworks, standards, and policies to ensure CMDB consistency across the enterprise.

- ServiceNow CMDB Ownership Manage CMDB modules within ServiceNow, ensuring integration with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset).

- Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with IT operations, security,



and compliance teams to align CMDB with organizational goals.

- Continuous Improvement Monitor CMDB health, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to enhance resilience and usability.

Required Skills Experience

- Proven expertise in CMDB management, governance, and optimization.

- Hands on experience with ServiceNow CMDB design, customization, and integration.

- Solid knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and configuration management principles.

- Ability to enforce data quality controls and lead governance initiatives.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
