Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive AV Onsite Engineer to provide day-to-day support, setup, and maintenance of audio visual systems at our client site. The role requires hands-on experience with AV hardware and software, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality service in a rapid-paced environment.

1. Provide real-time support for meetings, events, and video conferencing (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.).
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with AV systems, network integration, and connectivity.
3. Perform regular preventative maintenance checks and system testing.
4. Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal IT teams for escalations and support.
5. Maintain documentation of AV systems, schematics, patching information, and incident logs
6. Ensure all AV systems are up-to-date, clean, and presentable.
7. Manage inventory of AV assets and consumables on-site.
8. On-site environments. Willingness to work flexible hours or after-hours for events or maintenance.
