Profile : International Customer Service Executive (Semi Voice and Voice)
Salary : 3.8 LPA (Semi Voice) to 4.5 LPA (Voice)

Preferred Candidate Profile :
Any UG/Grad with minimum 6 months of International experience can apply.
Candidate must have excellent command over English.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Process customer orders, requests, returns, refunds, and exchanges as per company procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
