Role & responsibilities

6+ years of SAP experience, including hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP operations monitoring, implementation governance, or SAP Basis / SAP Solution Manager transition activities.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation and Operations.
- Experience with project setup, task tracking, test management, change management, and issue management in SAP Cloud ALM.
- Experience configuring monitoring capabilities such as health monitoring, integration and exception monitoring, alerting, and business process monitoring.
- Strong SAP Basis, SAP landscape, system administration, or SAP operations understanding.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Connector, SAP HANA, and hybrid SAP landscapes is preferred.
- Understanding of role collections, authorizations, setting governance, and user management.
- Experience with implementation delivery methods such as SAP Activate and Agile/Scrum.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
