Role & responsibilities

- Execute overall digital marketing strategy that includes meta ads, google ads, sms marketing, email marketing and whatsapp marketing. The strategy will be made in discussion with the director of the firm / ad agency.
- Photoshoot of small products such as bags and home dcor with the studio set up in the office
- Uploading content to website and write the content for product descriptions, social media captions, generating blogs, etc
- Managing other ecommerce store related activities such as discount codes, promotions and sales, customer reviews etc
- Managing inventory of Kritikala products in the store
- Answering customer queries for bulk orders and online order feedback

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of ecommerce store management, preferably on shopify
- Valuable working knowledge of photography and videography to drive the team to develop inhouse content
- Goal orientation and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge on SEO, google ads, facebook ads, and building social media outreach
