REQUIREMENT SUMMARY

The Identity Support Specialist role is pivotal within the ITES sector, focusing on ensuring the security and efficiency of identity management systems. Based in Hyderabad, this position requires a Level 4 professional with 6 to 9 years of experience.

Description

- Minimum 6 years of experience in identity management and security solutions within ITES.
- Proficiency in PAM CYBERARK, Microsoft ADCS, and Azure DevOps.
- Robust understanding of identity security frameworks, including MS Tiering model and Enterprise Access model.
- Experience with AD and EntraID security posture tools such as MS Assessment and Semperis tools.
- Certifications in CyberArk Sentry, SC-100, SC-300, and any of AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900.
- Proven track record in managing multi-site or international identity solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with experience in root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage identity protection solutions, including PKI Microsoft, CLM, MIP, and PAM CyberArk,



ensuring integration and compliance with security standards.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors and utilize Infrastructure as Code to automate identity management processes.
- Implement and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of identity solutions.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits using tools like MS Identity Secure Score, Semperis, and PingCastle to ensure optimal security posture.
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on identity issues, providing timely resolutions and documentation of findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of identity solutions across different platforms and environments.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of all identity management processes and protocols.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in identity management best practices.
