Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled BMS Commissioning Engineer with hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS/IBMS). The candidate will be responsible for the implementation, testing, commissioning, integration, and successful handover of BMS projects for commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, and data center facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and commission BMS/DDC controllers.
- Program BMS control logic and operating sequences.
- Configure and troubleshoot communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, and TCP/IP.
- Integrate HVAC systems including AHU, FCU, Chillers, PAC Units, VAV, UPS, DG, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Energy Meters, and other building systems.
- Develop and modify BMS graphics, dashboards, alarms, trends, and reports.
- Perform Point-to-Point Testing, Loop Checking, Functional Performance Testing (FPT), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
- Diagnose and resolve commissioning and system integration issues.
- Prepare commissioning reports, as-built drawings, technical documentation,



and handover documents.
- Provide customer training and ensure successful project handover.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors during project execution.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS/IBMS)
- Hands-on experience with Siemens Desigo CC, Desigo PX, Schneider EcoStruxure, Honeywell EBI, Johnson Controls Metasys, or Tridium Niagara N4
- Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, TCP/IP, and VLAN
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and building automation
- Experience in PLC/DDC controller programming
- Good knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics, control drawings, and AutoCAD drawings
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics, or related engineering disciplines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, industrial plants, smart buildings, or data centers will be preferred.
