Logistics Senior Data Analyst

Key job responsibilities

Manage individually multiple projects/initiatives related to Logistics Ops implementation projects

Assist with integrations and ad-hoc requests related to business operations.

Review and analyze proposed technical solutions Business requirements for implementation projects.

Create KPIS, performance dashboards, reports, and drive root cause analysis

Engage with cross-functional teams and/or carriers/vendors for implementation projects.

Provide educated judgment based on analysis of factual data in complicated and unique situations. .

Support decision-making and strategic planning activities, serving as a key resource to senior decision-makers in the business.

Basic Qualifications requirements

Previous experience within transportation or logistics

Experience in logistics process improvement: TMS; track trace solutions, QR codes, etc.

Experience working with data (analysis, metrics, mining, root cause).

Advanced knowledge on MS - specially Excel+ Power BI+ Power Point

Proven independent decision-making skills in an often-ambiguous setting.

Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions

Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes

Communication at all levels with the ability to present information professionally concisely with supporting data

B2/C1 English level - Be able to communicate fluently in English

Capacity to work on multiple projects independently and meet various deadlines.

Aptitude for learning new/different processes within the company to better understand

Strong desire for teamwork and working in group settings

Attention to detail and a basic understanding of aesthetics is essential

Capable and willing to solve logic-based problems independently and accurately
