About the Candidate:

Voya India is searching for a highly motivated Senior Genesys Developer. As a Genesys Specialist, you will optimize our call center operations within an agile framework. Key responsibilities include designing call flows, managing CTI, and IVR applications with Composer and Genesys Architect flow. You'll work with Genesys Cloud platforms and disaster recovery solutions.

Responsibilities: -

Provide technical direction for enhancement requests and contribute to the analysis, design, development, deployment, and support of Genesys Solution(s) implementations.

Lead design, testing, and release processes for the Application Development Enhancement team.





Act as a subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of Genesys Call Routing (Composer 8x) and IVR design.

Participate in gathering and refining business scope and technical requirements.

Develop detailed design documentation and conduct iterative reviews with stakeholders.

Support development and deployment activities, ensuring test case validation and providing expertise to the support team.

Work within cross-functional teams to deliver quality enhancements on time and resolve critical issues promptly.

Manage multiple Genesys solutions engineering activities, facilitating integration with third-party apps if necessary.

Ensure project deadlines are met, aligned with business unit needs, and coincide with release management and governance.

Support post-cutover Genesys App suite monitoring & alerting, and configuration changes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with 5-8 years of progressive experience in Genesys Pure Cloud implementation.

Experience with Genesys products, including Intelligent Automation IVR, Info Mart, Pulse, GVP, Genesys SIP Server, Workspace Desktop, Genesys Custom applications, E-services, Orchestration/Universal Routing, Composer Routing Strategies, Genesys Callback, Genesys Interaction Recording/Speech-miner, Genesys SIP Voicemail/Feature Server, and Chatbot (Google Dialogflow).

Proficient in working in an Agile workplace and open to cross-functional projects.

Work experience with 3rd party integrations such as Cyara and Salesforce.
