Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead with strong expertise in Automation Testing, Performance Testing, and AI-assisted QA practices. The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, mentor the QA team, and ensure high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end QA activities across projects.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for Web and API testing.
- Build and execute automated test scripts using Playwright (MCP Mandatory), Selenium, Cypress, and RestAssured.
- Perform performance testing using JMeter, k6, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Product teams.
- Mentor QA engineers and drive automation best practices.




- Leverage AI-powered testing tools to improve test efficiency.

Must-Have Skills

- 7–10 years of QA experience with 4+ years in Automation Testing.
- Mandatory: Playwright (with MCP), Selenium, API Automation (RestAssured).
- Experience with Cypress, JMeter/k6/Gatling/LoadRunner.
- Positive knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools (GitHub Copilot, AI Test Generation).
- Basic understanding of Agentic AI and self-healing automation.
- Experience leading small QA teams.
