We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support our finance and accounting operations.

Job Summary

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update accounting records, vouchers, receipts, payments, and ledger entries
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records and invoices
- Reconcile vendor accounts and customer outstanding balances regularly




- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare MIS reports and assist management with financial data analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in Tally, Focus ERP, or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
- Solid analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordinatin skills

Preferred Profile

- Experience in manufacturing, scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
