Job Responsibilities





- Handle customer queries through a combination of voice and chat support.
- Manage approximately 80% Voice and 20% Chat interactions.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and process compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year (12 completed months) of experience in an International Semi-Voice Process.
- Experience with 80% Voice and 20% Chat support is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and internet applications.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
