Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop engaging learning content for all organizational training programs.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Create learning journeys for employees across operations, corporate, and support functions.
- Develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced e-learning modules.
- Prepare storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, participant manuals, SOPs, and assessment tools.
- Design interactive learning experiences using videos, animations, simulations, quizzes, and gamification.
- Create onboarding, leadership development, behavioral, functional, and compliance training programs.
- Publish and manage digital learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and business impact metrics.
- Maintain and update training content to ensure alignment with organizational processes and policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for content development and digital learning initiatives.
- Support training calendar planning and execution across multiple business locations.
- Ensure learning content follows instructional design standards and adult learning principles.




- Track learning metrics, completion reports, certifications, and training dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement in learning methodologies and digital adoption.

Key Deliverables

- High-quality learning content and instructional materials.
- Digital learning modules published on LMS.
- Competency-based learning paths for various employee groups.
- Assessment and certification frameworks.
- Training effectiveness reports and learning analytics.
- Standardized training documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Timely rollout of new learning initiatives and business-critical training programs.

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in Instructional Design and Content Development.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint presentation design skills.
- Experience in audio-video production and editing.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification or certification in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field is preferred.
- Certifications in Instructional Design or eLearning tools will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 6 - 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Training Content Development.
- Experience in the Restaurants, Hospitality, Retail, QSR, or Service industry is preferred.
- Exposure to digital learning platforms and competency development frameworks.
- Experience in vendor management and end-to-end content development lifecycle.
