We have an urgent contract opportunity with a leading MNC Client for experienced API Automation Test Engineers.

Role: API Automation Test Engineer
Experience: 612 Years
Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Gurgaon / Pune / Kolkata / Hyderabad
Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days (Candidates who can join by the end of July will be preferred.)

Required Skills:

- Solid experience in API Automation Testing
- Hands-on experience with REST Assured and Postman
- Experience in JMeter for Performance Testing
- Hands-on experience with Playwright
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- Experience with any Cloud Platform (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute API automation test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using REST Assured and Playwright
- Execute performance testing using JMeter and analyze results
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams,



and business stakeholders to ensure application quality
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve testing issues while maintaining automation best practices

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
