- 68 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with solid focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proven experience implementing and configuring HRSD scoped applications, including:
- HR Case and Knowledge Management
- Employee Service Center (ESC)
- HR Catalog and Lifecycle Events
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and security framework.
- Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
- Experience with HR Integrations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Azure AD) using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of HR data privacy, role-based access control, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting for HR dashboards.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models and SDLC best practices.
- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or CIS certification is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with ability to work closely with HR stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
