OracleHCMTechnical Consultant Role - Sr. Associate
1. Overall experience of 5 to 10 years. Minimum 3 Yrs. of Relevant Experience in cloudHCM
2. Candidates MUST have a strong HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader & SQL Knowledge
3. Candidates must have developed at least 10 to 12 integrations / Reports / Fast Formula (Real time project).
4. Candidates must have a valuable knowledge on how conversion works inHCMModules.
5. Candidates must have a good experience in working with client / USA counterparts in understanding their business requirements and provide the right solutions.
6. Technical support and development forOracleCloudHCMintegration and reports covering modules like Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, Comp, Performance, Taleo etc.
Additional qualifications:
- Good knowledge ofOracleprocesses aroundOracleHCMmodules/applications
- Proven track record in determination and interpretation of client business requirements and mapping those requirements toOraclecloud functionality
- Client-facing experience
- Good general IT skills
- Excellent Communication both verbal & Written. Professional and Educational Background: Any Graduation or Post Graduation

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
