Hiring: Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Market bench consultants to Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier-1 Vendors

Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners and vendors

Identify suitable requirements and match consultants based on skills and availability

Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews with vendors and clients

Ensure timely submissions and consistent follow-ups

Manage the complete marketing lifecycle from requirement identification to placement

Maintain daily marketing reports and consultant status updates

Work closely with recruiters and account managers to maximize placements

Required Skills

Minimum 4+ years of Bench Sales experience in US IT Staffing

Strong vendor network across the US Staffing market

Hands-on experience with:

- Dice
- LinkedIn
- JobDiva (Preferred)




- Monster
- CareerBuilder
- TechFetch
- Email Marketing

Strong understanding of:

- H1B
- GC
- USC
- EAD
- OPT
- TN
- CPT
- W2 / C2C Engagements

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Proven track record of successful consultant placements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Direct Clients and Tier-1 Vendors

Strong knowledge of US Staffing processes and compliance

Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
