Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Interior Execution Supervisor to manage day-to-day site execution for premium residential and commercial interior projects.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervise daily interior site execution including civil, electrical, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, and finishing works.
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, design details, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, skilled labour, architects, consultants, and internal teams.
- Plan daily material requirements and coordinate with the purchase team to avoid delays.
- Monitor site progress, timelines, labour productivity, and quality of workmanship.
- Conduct regular quality checks and resolve site-level execution issues.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, work logs, checklists, and photo documentation.
- Ensure proper site safety, cleanliness, and organized work execution.
- Provide timely updates to management, clients, and consultants.
- Ensure smooth and timely handover of projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should have 35 years of hands-on experience in interior site execution.




- Should be capable of independently handling premium residential or commercial interior sites.
- Must have good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, installation methods, and execution detailing.
- Should be able to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and interior working drawings.
- Must have experience in coordinating with labour, vendors, contractors, clients, and consultants.
- Should have strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp communication, reporting, and documentation is required.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is preferred.
- Candidate should own a bike and be willing to travel across multiple project sites in Hyderabad.
- Should be punctual, organized, responsible, and able to work under site pressure.
