Role Summary:

The Level 3 Engineer will have a deep expertise in Tanium administration. This role required advanced troubleshooting skills, the ability to lead and support enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deploy patch on servers, bundle (OS, DB, Middleware )
- Patch list management (update, creation)
- Server health checks, troubleshooting
- Adhocreport/dashboard
- Enhanced tag management
- Responsible for managing action and future requests, including automation(playbook)
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Tanium incidents
- Drive improvements in performance and compliance
- Participate in change management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication
- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks, in alignment with compliant standards
- Manage and prioritize the future or upcoming requests

Required Skills Experience:

- Strong experience with Tanium Core Module (Patch, Deploy, Data, Automate, etc.)
- Robust understanding of Tanium core principles like TDS, Sensors, Action Groups, Client Settings, etc.)




- Dashboarding (Data Analytics Automation)Familiarity with monitoring, ing, and performance analytics tools.
- Exposure to ITSM processes.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with a focus on uptime and optimization.

- Scripting: Powershell, bash
- OS : Linux and Windows

Certifications Qualifications:

- Bachelor s / Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications: TCO, TCA
